Made-to-Order Policy

Curated Collection designs are made to order. A catalogue design or subject enquiry helps us establish the proposed artwork, material, quantity and presentation. A visible design is not a statement that finished stock is available.

We confirm the specification and feasibility with you before production. A subject page may describe a proposed design rather than a previously manufactured product; its final artwork is agreed separately.

The production method, dimensions, relief and finish depend on the agreed design. The artwork proof and quote identify the proposed specification before production begins.

A reference image illustrates the proposed design; it does not establish the finish or dimensions of every weight variant. No claim that a surface can never wear, tarnish or change is made here.

The minimum is 20 coins of the same design and weight. For example, 20 coins at 10g meet that minimum; 10 at 10g plus 10 at 20g do not. Craft and gift-box requests have a minimum of 20 pieces of the same design.

The maximum order quantity is 500 pieces per order. For orders above 500 pieces, please contact us directly at orders@vittarq.com for a custom quote.

The displayed coin estimate uses the current metal rate, selected weight, applicable making charge and tax. Gold and silver have separate making charges. A gift kit or box is itemised separately, with its own applicable tax. Any additional custom artwork, tooling, packaging or delivery charge is included in the final quote before you decide to proceed.

Submitting an enquiry does not lock a metal price, reserve stock or confirm an order. The final quote specifies the total price, its breakdown, validity and payment requirements. A provisional kit allowance is confirmed after the presentation is selected.

No payment is collected with an enquiry. After you accept the final quote and artwork, 100% advance payment is required before production begins. The quote and payment request state the available payment methods and any applicable charges.

Production begins after the agreed specification and payment are confirmed. The enquiry acknowledgement confirms only receipt of your request; it is not an order or payment confirmation.

A request to cancel a custom order after production has begun is assessed under the agreed order terms. This does not remove your rights where goods are defective, incorrectly described or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

If the delivered design, weight or condition differs from the confirmed order, contact us promptly at orders@vittarq.com with your order reference and photographs where available. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Production timing depends on the design, quantity, material and agreed artwork. We confirm feasibility and the proposed schedule in your quote. A date entered in an enquiry is a request, not a guaranteed delivery date.

The delivery destination and contents determine the shipping arrangement. Any delivery charge and the estimated dispatch and arrival timing are confirmed with the order; an enquiry does not book a courier or reserve a production slot.

The agreed specification identifies the metal, fineness, relevant markings and any accompanying certificate. Do not assume that every coin has a jewellery-style HUID or that a subject illustration is evidence of certification. Confirm the markings for the particular product before ordering.

Review the artwork proof, selected weight, dimensions and finish before approval. If a specific tolerance or test document is required, include it in the enquiry so it can be addressed in the confirmed specification.

The offered coin weights are 10g, 15g, 20g, 25g, 50g and 100g. The minimum is 20 pieces per design and weight. The former 5g option is unavailable. Weight specifies the quantity of metal; dimensions and finish are agreed separately.
