Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Vittarq, we understand that plans change. You may cancel your order at no cost before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
Our goal is to make the cancellation process simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
2. Pre-Shipment Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel:
- Log in to your Vittarq account and go to My Orders
- Select the order you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Order”
- You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message once the cancellation is processed
Pre-shipment cancellations are processed instantly. No cancellation fee is charged.
3. Post-Shipment Cancellation
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. This is because precious metal shipments are insured, sealed, and in transit with our secure logistics partner.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the return process.
4. Refund on Cancellation
When you cancel an order before shipment, your refund is processed as follows:
- Razorpay (Cards / Net Banking / UPI via Razorpay / Wallets / EMI): Automatic refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- UPI QR / Bank Transfer: Refund is processed manually by our team to your registered bank account within 5–7 business days. You may be contacted to confirm your bank details.
- VPay Wallet Credits: Any wallet credits used are restored to your VPay balance instantly upon cancellation.
- Full Amount: The entire order amount is refunded across all payment methods used. No deductions or cancellation fees.
5. Price Lock & Cancellation
When you place an order, the gold/silver price is locked for 10 minutes. If you cancel within this window, the price lock is released and no charge applies.
If the price lock has already expired before cancellation (e.g., payment was delayed), the order would not have been confirmed, and no refund is needed.
