Zodiac Cancer
Cancer is the crab. The animal's compact body and paired claws offer a recognisable pictorial subject even when reduced to a small circular composition. A simplified sign and a naturalistic crab need not look alike to carry the same zodiac label.

The subject here is the zodiac image, not a biological account of one crab species. Nor does the animal establish how a person behaves or which metal they should wear. A meaningful caption can name the sign and the occasion being remembered, leaving personality descriptions to the recipient rather than presenting them as facts.
