Recognition begins with the person receiving it

A workplace gift can record a shared achievement: a team that opened a new office, a colleague's years of service or the people who completed a demanding project. The object matters most when the reason for giving it is clear. A specific note of thanks usually says more than a large logo or a generic message about success.

The current Ganesha, Lakshmi and Saraswati designs suit recipients who welcome those devotional images. They are not a default choice for every employee, partner or customer. When preferences are unknown, offer a choice or consider a heritage or non-devotional design. The decision should come from the recipient's stated preference, not an assumption based on their name, location or role.

For the artwork brief, separate the chosen motif from company identification and personal recognition. The box, sleeve or note may be the best home for a logo and a longer message. Confirm names, quantities, dispatch destinations and the person authorised to approve the proof. The itemised estimate helps compare weights and packaging, while a final quote establishes the exact specifications and any extra customisation charges before production.

From a story to a keepsake

Start with the person receiving the gift and the story you want it to hold. A family reference, the exact name of a place or a short account of the occasion gives the enquiry a useful beginning. Include any preferred wording and say which details are essential. The finished artwork and presentation are agreed with you before production.

All curated orders are made to order, with a minimum of 20 pieces per design and weight. Coin preferences are 10g, 15g, 20g, 25g, 50g, 100g. Weight describes the metal quantity; dimensions, relief and finish are separate parts of the specification. An enquiry helps establish feasibility and does not reserve stock or confirm a delivery date.

The presentation can hold the words that do not fit on the object: who gave it, why the motif was chosen and which moment it remembers. We discuss the kit or box as part of the quote, with its price and tax shown separately from the coin. Custom artwork and other additional work is confirmed before you decide to proceed.

Check names, scripts and the proposed depiction with the people who know the intended context. A commercial commission does not establish a temple, religious body, artist or other institution’s approval. Where a different format would suit the recipient better, the enquiry can explore that too.
