Wallet & Rewards Terms

This document covers every reward, credit, and promotional program offered by Vittarq, from the Vittarq Pay wallet and loyalty points to referral rewards, gift cards, coupons, and seasonal promotions. All programs are interconnected through the Vittarq Pay wallet, which serves as the single balance where all credits are consolidated and spent.

By using any Vittarq reward or promotional program, you agree to the terms on this page. These terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service. Vittarq reserves the right to update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

Vittarq Pay (VPay) is a closed-loop digital wallet built into your Vittarq account. It consolidates all types of credits (loyalty cashback, referral rewards, refund credits, gift card balances, promotional bonuses, and wallet top-ups) into one spendable balance. VPay credits can be used to partially or fully pay for orders at checkout, but cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.

Types of Credits

Your VPay wallet can receive credits from any of the following sources:

• Loyalty Cashback: Points earned on purchases are automatically converted to wallet credits (see Section 4).
• Referral Rewards: Credits earned when someone you refer makes a qualifying purchase (see Section 5).
• Refund Credits: When an order is refunded as store credit, the amount is deposited into your wallet.
• Gift Card Redemption: Gift card balances are deposited into VPay when redeemed (see Section 6).
• Promotional Credits: Welcome bonuses, profile completion rewards, festival bonuses, and campaign credits (see Section 8).
• Wallet Top-Up: Money you add directly to your wallet via Razorpay, which earns a 1% reload bonus (see Section 3).

Balance Structure

• Available Balance: Credits you can spend immediately at checkout.
• Pending Balance: Credits that are temporarily held (e.g., reload bonuses during the 7-day verification window). Pending credits automatically move to your available balance after the hold period.
• Lifetime Credits: A running total of all credits ever received (for analytics and tier calculation only; this number only goes up).

Wallet Limits

• Maximum wallet balance: ₹2,00,000 (two lakh rupees). Top-ups or credits that would exceed this limit will be rejected.
• Maximum daily top-up via Razorpay: ₹1,00,000 per day.
• Maximum daily gift card deposit: ₹1,00,000 per day.

Using VPay at Checkout

Available Balance: Credits you can spend immediately at checkout.

Razorpay is our active payment gateway. UPI has no transaction fee. Credit and debit cards, EMI, and wallets carry the applicable 2% gateway fee; net banking is also available. You can choose to apply available Vittarq Pay credits at checkout. Your bank or payment instrument may impose its own transaction limit.

You can add money to your Vittarq Pay wallet at any time using Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Every top-up earns a 1% reload bonus, free credits added on top of your deposit.

How It Works

• Go to your VPay wallet page and choose an amount to add.
• Complete the payment via Razorpay. Your top-up amount is credited to your available balance immediately.
• A 1% bonus (e.g., ₹100 bonus on a ₹10,000 top-up) is credited to your pending balance.
• After 7 days, the bonus automatically moves from pending to available. This 7-day hold covers the standard UPI chargeback window.

Limits

• Maximum daily top-up: ₹1,00,000 via Razorpay.
• Maximum monthly reload bonus: ₹500 per month. Once you have earned ₹500 in reload bonuses in a calendar month, additional top-ups in that month will not earn a bonus (the top-up itself still goes through).

Qualifying purchases earn loyalty points. Purchase points are multiplied by your current tier: Bronze 1x, Silver 1.2x, Gold 1.5x, Platinum 2x. Points are automatically converted to Vittarq Pay wallet credits; there is no manual redemption step.

Earning Points

• Earn 1 loyalty point for every ₹100 spent on qualifying orders (gold coins, silver coins, bars, and accessories).
• Points are auto-converted to VPay credits at the rate of 100 points = ₹10. For example, a ₹5,000 order earns 50 points, which adds ₹5 to your wallet.
• Bonus points may be offered during festivals and special campaigns (Dhanteras, Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali). Campaign-specific point multipliers will be announced in advance.

Loyalty Tiers

Your tier is based on net qualifying points: Bronze from 0, Silver from 5,000, Gold from 15,000, and Platinum from 50,000. Cancellations and returns reverse the related points, so your tier can move down when net points fall below a threshold.

Points Reversal on Cancellation

If an order is cancelled or returned, its loyalty points are reversed. Equivalent VPay credits are deducted when available. Any shortfall becomes loyalty cashback debt and is repaid automatically from future loyalty cashback before new credits are added.

Earn rewards by introducing friends and family to Vittarq. When someone you refer makes a qualifying purchase, both you (the referrer) and your friend (the referee) receive loyalty points credited as VPay wallet credits.

How It Works

• Share your unique referral code (format: VTQ-XXXXX) or referral link from your account dashboard.
• Your friend signs up using your referral link and places their first order of ₹2,000 or more.
• After the order is delivered and a 7-day cooling period has passed (to ensure no returns are initiated), your referral is verified.
• Both you and your friend receive your rewards as VPay wallet credits.

Reward Amounts

• Referrer (you): 100 loyalty points (₹10 in VPay credits) per successful referral.
• Referee (your friend): 50 loyalty points (₹5 in VPay credits) as a welcome bonus.
• During festive campaigns, reward amounts may be temporarily boosted (e.g., double points during Dhanteras). Campaign-specific amounts will be communicated in advance.

Eligibility

• You must have a verified Vittarq account with a confirmed email address.
• The referred person must be a new Vittarq customer who has never placed an order before.
• The referee's first order must total ₹2,000 or more to qualify.
• Self-referrals (referring your own alternate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.
• The referral reward is only credited after the order is delivered and the 7-day return window has passed with no refund or return initiated.

Limits & Anti-Gaming

• Maximum 20 successful referrals per calendar month per account.
• Annual cap of 19,000 referral points per account per calendar year (approximately ₹1,900 in wallet credits). This cap is designed to stay below the Income Tax Act threshold for TDS on promotional rewards.
• Vittarq uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioural signals to detect fraudulent referral activity. Suspicious referrals may be rejected without notice.

Vittarq gift cards are the perfect way to gift gold and silver for any occasion: festivals, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, or corporate milestones. Gift cards are available in digital (email/WhatsApp delivery) and physical (printed, shipped) formats, with festive design themes for Dhanteras, Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, weddings, and birthdays.

Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be purchased through the Vittarq shop.
• Gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, a gift card cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Gift cards are sold at face value only.
• Gift cards cannot be purchased using Vittarq Pay (VPay) wallet credits. Gift card purchases must be paid in full using UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay (cards/EMI/net banking). If your cart contains both gift cards and other products, VPay credits may only be applied to the non-gift-card items.
• Gift card purchases do not earn loyalty points. Only eligible product purchases (gold coins, silver coins, accessories) contribute to your loyalty points and tier progress.

Redemption

• To redeem a gift card, enter the code (format: VTGC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) on the gift card redemption page. The full remaining balance is deposited into your Vittarq Pay wallet.
• Multiple gift cards can be redeemed and stacked. There is no limit on the number of gift cards per account (subject to the daily deposit cap below).
• If an order paid with gift card credits is cancelled, the credits are restored to your VPay wallet (not back to the original gift card).

Expiry

• Gift cards expire 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. After expiry, any remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• It is your responsibility to redeem gift cards before their expiry date. Vittarq will send a reminder notification 30 days before expiry.

Velocity Limits

• Maximum 5 gift card purchases per customer per 24-hour rolling window.
• Maximum ₹1,00,000 in gift card redemptions (deposits into VPay) per customer per 24-hour rolling window.

Vittarq may offer coupon codes and promotional discounts during festivals, product launches, or special campaigns. Coupons can provide either a percentage discount (with an optional cap) or a flat rupee discount.

Usage Rules

• Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Coupons cannot be stacked with each other.
• Each coupon has a validity period (start and end date). Expired coupons cannot be redeemed.
• Coupons may have a minimum order value requirement. The minimum is calculated on the eligible subtotal only (excluding any items in excluded categories).
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or gift cards.
• Unless stated otherwise, each coupon can be used once per customer. Personalized coupons (birthday, loyalty milestones, support compensation) can only be used by the designated customer.

Category Exclusions

• Gift card purchases: Coupons cannot be applied to gift cards to prevent discount arbitrage (buying a discounted gift card and redeeming at full value).
• Digital gold purchases: Coupons cannot be applied to digital gold to prevent discount arbitrage on liquid assets.
• Subscribe & Save orders: Subscription pricing already includes reduced making charges, free shipping, 2x loyalty points, and accessory discounts. Coupons cannot be stacked on top of these benefits.

Misuse Policy

Misuse of coupon codes, including sharing codes intended for specific customers, creating multiple accounts to exploit per-user limits, or using automated tools to scrape or apply codes, may result in order cancellation, coupon revocation, and account suspension. If a coupon-discounted order is cancelled or returned, the coupon is not reinstated unless Vittarq decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

Vittarq periodically offers promotional credits and seasonal bonuses to reward engagement and celebrate festivals. All promotional credits are deposited as VPay wallet credits.

Profile Completion Reward

Complete your Vittarq profile to earn a one-time ₹500 bonus credited to your VPay wallet. To claim this reward, you must complete all four of the following:

• Verify your email address.
• Verify your phone number via OTP.
• Complete KYC verification (PAN card, at minimum).
• Add your date of birth to your profile.

The ₹500 reward is credited automatically once all four tasks are complete. This is a one-time, non-repeatable reward. It cannot be claimed again, even if you update your profile later.

Seasonal & Festival Promotions

During major Indian festivals and special occasions, Vittarq may run time-limited promotions that include:

• Bonus loyalty point multipliers (e.g., 2x or 3x points during Dhanteras, Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya).
• Enhanced referral rewards (e.g., double referral points during festive campaigns).
• Limited-time coupon codes with festive themes and special discount amounts.

Promotional Credit Terms

• Promotional credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Promotional credits may have an expiry period specific to the campaign. Expired promotional credits are forfeited automatically.
• Vittarq reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Active promotions will be honoured until their stated end date.

• Vittarq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any rewards, wallet, or promotional program at any time, with reasonable notice to affected customers.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or fraudulently exploit any program, including creating fake accounts, using bots, exploiting pricing errors, or colluding with others, may result in forfeiture of all credits, account suspension, or permanent ban.
• VPay wallet credits have no cash value. They can only be used for purchases on vittarq.com and cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the Vittarq platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding rewards, credits, or promotional offers, Vittarq's decision shall be final and binding.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
